30-day free returns

If Emberwrap isn't right for you, email support@getemberwrap.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll send you a free prepaid return label.

Please return the warmer in like-new condition with all parts (lid and any included accessories). Keeping the original box is helpful but not required.

Once your return arrives, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or defective? Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
